Simultaneous Conference Interpretation

Field or Attendance-Based Mode

We help the attendees and the speaker to understand each other in any type of conference, talk or international event.

The accompaniment offers immediate and simultaneous interpretation, which consists of speaking at the same time as the speaker, expressing and transmitting the idea presented in the desired language.

For this modality we also provide the service of equipment, consoles and their installation.

On-line or Virtual Mode

Increase the productivity of your webinar by ensuring the complete understanding of all the attendees.

The participants (speakers, guests and simultaneous interpreters are connected via the internet through a digital platform). Guests select whether they want to hear the talk in the original language or the translation language. Everyone sees the speaker's original image and visuals and listens to their chosen language.

Consecutive Translation

This service consists of listening to what the speaker says and then translating. This type of interpretation does not require any kind of equipment, only the interpreter's good memory.

During this assistance, our specialists facilitate real-time interaction between clients with their global teams to improve their workflows and achieve their globalization goals.

Glossary

  • Dubbing: change audio to target language.
  • Subtitled dubbing: translation to the target language with insertion of subtitles to the image.
  • Interpreter *: serves as a bridge between two cultures. It intervenes to facilitate communication between people who speak different languages. His training allows him to convey ideas from a language to another effectively and accurately.
  • Consecutive interpreting *: the interpreter stands next to the speakers, takes notes on the content of the speech, which can take a few minutes; it then accurately reproduces it in another language. Word interventions and shifts are established for the interpreter, the speaker and the audience.
Suitable for press conferences, training courses, guided tours and high-level political meetings.
  • Liaison interpreting *: this modality is normally used in small meetings between two people (or two small groups) who speak different languages: an interview for a media outlet, a business meeting, etc. In this case, the technique of bilateral interpretation is used: the interpreter shares space with the speaker and works in both directions, interpreting for the interlocutors in both languages.
  • Simultaneous interpretation: the interpreter listens to the original message and verbalizes it, clearly expressing the idea in the target language with a difference of seconds, without the speaker having to stop.
  • Telephone interpretation *: its advantage is that participants can be miles apart. It avoids travel expenses and shortens previous organization times. It is a useful system in emergencies and is sometimes used in public services (hospitals, schools, police stations, etc.).
  • Localization: process of adapting a product or content to a specific environment or market, goes far beyond addressing functional and technical aspects such as writing style. It requires translation skills plus a deep knowledge of the cultural aspects of the country.
  • Creative Transcreation / Translation: expression used in advertising and marketing to refer to the process of adapting a message translated from a language to a commercial language, maintaining its purpose, style, tone and context.
